1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them
- Cancellation is only possible if the order has not been shipped
- For orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD), a cancellation fee of ₹49 may apply

1.3 Refund for Cancelled Orders
- For prepaid orders, refund will be initiated within 24 hours of cancellation
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method

- UPI: 1-3 business days
- Net Banking: 3-5 business days
2. Return Policy
2.1 Return Eligibility
You may return items purchased from Jadibooti by Bharat within 30 days of delivery if:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product is expired or near expiry (less than 3 months to expiry date)
- Seal is broken or packaging is tampered
- Product differs significantly from description
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Items marked as 'Non-Returnable' on the product page
- Personal care products, if opened
- Products purchased during clearance sales
2.3 Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Visit our website and go to "My Orders"
- Select the order and click "Return"
- Choose the items you want to return
- Select a reason for return
- Schedule a pickup
Important notes:
- Keep the product in its original packaging
- Include all accessories and free items that came with the product

- If you choose to ship the item yourself, shipping costs will not be reimbursed
