  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them
  • Cancellation is only possible if the order has not been shipped
  • For orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD), a cancellation fee of ₹49 may apply

  • For prepaid orders, refund will be initiated within 24 hours of cancellation

    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
    • UPI: 1-3 business days
    • Net Banking: 3-5 business days

2. Return Policy

2.1 Return Eligibility

You may return items purchased from Jadibooti by Bharat within 30 days of delivery if:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product is expired or near expiry (less than 3 months to expiry date)
  • Seal is broken or packaging is tampered
  • Product differs significantly from description

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Items marked as 'Non-Returnable' on the product page
  • Personal care products, if opened
  • Products purchased during clearance sales

To initiate a return:

  2. Select the order and click "Return"
