  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST may be processed the next business day

  • If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via email
  • You will have the option to:
    • Wait for the item to be restocked
    • Replace it with a similar product
    • Cancel that item from your order
    • Cancel the entire order for a full refund

Express Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days

  • Available in select metro cities

Same Day Delivery

  • Available only in Delhi 
  • Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM IST
  • Cost: ₹149

2.2 International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India.

  • We currently do not ship to international addresses
  • Some remote locations may have extended delivery times
  • Certain pin codes may not be serviceable; this will be indicated during checkout

  • Our courier partners will make 3 attempts to deliver your package
  • After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to us
  • A re-delivery fee may apply for subsequent delivery attempts

    3. Do not discard the original packaging
  • We will arrange for return pickup and send a replacement
